What Is Health Qigong
Health Qigong is a modern adaptation of ancient Qigong practices, specifically designed to promote physical and mental well-being.
Originating from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Qigong involves coordinated movements, breathing techniques, and meditation. However, Health Qigong focuses on preventive health and includes standardised exercises like Yi Jin Jing, Ba Duan Jin, and Wu Qin Xi. These forms are easy to learn, suitable for all age groups, and emphasize improving qi (energy) flow to maintain internal balance and harmony.
